The "Evolution" series is made of 18/10 stainless steel and features an innovative groove on the body of the jug, which accelerates the swirling flow of milk, favouring:

• The incorporation of steam
• The formation of a glossy, homogeneous milk cream
• The reduction of making time

The shape of the spout allows precise control of the flow of milk to be poured, while the large supporting surface facilitates the cooling of unused milk.
